E -Flute human Project

E-FLUTE HUMAN PROJECT produces an electronic music, “electro” ,with the particularity that it only uses the flute and the voice as instruments , using the beat box, which reproduces rhythmically the sound of other instruments. All sounds are “live” ,that is the human factor (HUMAN) but the flute is also used electronically ( especially with the looping treatment, repeats of audio clips. )
The results are to delight us with this wonderful melodious instrument , the flute, and the rhythmical pleasures of the 21 st century venturing into the electronic era.
This pioneering PROJECT is totally unique for it allows the mixing and blending by the DJ and the musician.

Even more, the project is totally adjustable, it can figure in the process of ” clubbing” as a DJ item, or a concert in itself.
It also has a demagogique dimension because it shows the young enthusiasts of electronic music, that, before the sampling of this experience there are pieces actually played and  recorded by a musician. This concept allows the uniting of the two simultaneously .

Sylvan Rohner, Flute

Sylvan Rohner is a flautist and singer or perhaps a flautist-singer. He excels in the transformation of the flute into a rhythmical instrument ( beat box flute) and has taught the traditional flute  for many years, particularly in the framework of the Jazz School of Divonne.
He has worked with many rappers and beat boxers and is the Swiss champion of Slam and the vice champion of of beat box.
He has worked with many musicians including Brazilian and World Music.
He has a diploma from the AMR-CPMDT and of Geneva University.
At the machines are : Korg kaos pad, multi Effects, Yamaha St1, the pedal of Loop Digitec jam man and the mixer table of Berhinger.
