Jeroen Pek will give a class inspired by his philosophy on the flute in a jazz context.

Request for students: having already some affinity and experience in playing jazz/improvised music. Students are invited to prepare a jazz tune and think in advance to what they want to learn or know about this issue. The are required to bring the complete scores of their tunes. Self composed music is welcome.

• techniques for tone bending

• tone projection
• study of jazz improvisation
