Eugene Magalif

Composer – première of Swans on the Alpsee

Award winning composer Eugene Magalif (1957) is the author of the music in different genres. His compositions are performed and recorded by famous singers and orchestras from different countries. They are featured on Radio and TV in Belarus, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine and the USA.

Magalif’s music is performed at different Festivals and in prestigious concert halls, such as: Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and Lobero Theater (USA), Rachmaninoff Concert Hall (Russia), Görlitz Theater (Germany), State Philharmonic (Belarus), Baltazar Dias Theater (Portugal), Odeon Theater (Austria) etc. The White House 2014 Winter Concert Season was opened with Magalif’s Fantasie on Ukrainian carol.

The CD Album Colibri (2016) won three Silver Medals at Global Music Awards, Los Angeles, USA. In 2016 the Flute Concerto premiered and recorded by soloist Patrick Dillery (USA) with Dnipro Symphony Orchestra (Ukraine) – won in Best modern instrumental music composition category at The AKADEMIA Music Awards, Los Angeles, USA.
